Terms

The agreement between you and Fenlio when you use the service.

What Fenlio does

Fenlio organises the notes you give it. Automated agents file them into a folder structure chosen during onboarding, look for duplicates and contradictions between them, and — once you have enough content — Creator Studio drafts new material from your own notes. Agents run on their own schedule; you are not required to trigger them.

Your content stays yours

You keep all rights to everything you upload or dictate. You give us permission to store, process and transmit it only so far as is needed to run the service for you — including sending the relevant text to our AI provider so agents can do their work. We do not use your content to train models, and we do not share it with anyone outside the providers listed in the privacy policy.

You are responsible for having the right to upload what you upload.

Drafts are drafts

Creator Studio produces text using an AI model. It can be wrong, out of date, or confidently mistaken, and it may resemble material it was not drawn from. Everything it produces is a starting point that you are responsible for reading, correcting and deciding whether to publish. Do not rely on it as legal, financial, medical or professional advice.

The same applies to how agents file and flag your notes: a conflict flag is a suggestion for you to resolve, and nothing is ever merged or deleted on your behalf.

Subscription and cancellation

Fenlio is a single recurring subscription, billed through Stripe until cancelled. Prices are shown before you pay.

Access ends when the subscription is not active. If you cancel, or a payment fails, the product locks immediately — there is no grace period. Your data is not deleted and access returns as soon as the subscription is active again. You can always export or delete your data from the account page, whether or not you are subscribed.

Payments already made are not refunded automatically. If something has gone wrong, write to us.

API keys and webhooks

You can create API keys and webhook endpoints for your workspace. A key acts with the permissions you gave it, no matter who presents it — keep keys secret, and revoke any key you no longer trust from your account page. Data sent to a webhook URL you configure goes to whoever operates that URL; picking the destination is your decision and your responsibility.

Acceptable use

Do not use Fenlio to store or generate unlawful material, to infringe someone else’s rights, to attack or overload the service, or to attempt to reach another user’s workspace. We may suspend an account that does.

Availability, warranty and liability

Fenlio is provided as it is. We work to keep it running and correct, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the agents’ judgements will be right.

The limits of our liability, and any warranty disclaimers, are to be set by Fenlio with legal advice before this agreement is relied upon.

Ending the agreement

You can stop at any time by cancelling your subscription or deleting your account. We may end the agreement if these terms are broken, or on reasonable notice if we stop offering the service — in which case you will have the chance to export your data.

Changes

If we change these terms materially we will say so before the change takes effect. Continuing to use Fenlio afterwards means accepting them.

Governing law and contact

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA.
