Fenlio is an assistant for coaches and gyms. Fen, its agent, keeps a record for each of your clients from what they tell you: check-ins, messages, calls you record, and notes you add. Each client’s record is kept apart from every other client’s. From that record Fen writes check-in replies, nudges and recaps for you, and programs and nutrition targets are worked out from the rules you set. Fen works on its own schedule; you do not have to start it.

You keep all rights to everything you and your clients add. You give us permission to store, process and transmit it only so far as is needed to run the service for you, including sending the relevant text to our AI provider so Fen can do its work. We do not use your content to train models, and we do not share it with anyone outside the providers listed in the privacy policy.

You are responsible for having your clients’ permission to keep and use what they share with you, including anything about their health.

Fen writes text using an AI model. It can be wrong, out of date, or confidently mistaken. Everything it writes is a starting point that you are responsible for reading, correcting and deciding whether to send. Fenlio is not medical, nutrition, legal or financial advice, and it does not replace your own judgement as a coach.

Messages to clients go out through the WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger or text line you connect, and email is saved in your own Gmail, unsent. Each one waits for you to press Send, unless you turn on a rule that lets a kind of message send on its own. Rules you turn on are yours: Fen records which rule sent each message, and some messages always wait for you whatever your rules say, such as one that touches a safety flag a client raised. You are responsible for what you send and who receives it.

If you run a gym, you decide who your coaches are, which location each one works in, and what each may do. Removing a coach ends their access at once. Only add a client or a coach where you have the authority to share that client’s information with them.

A new account gets a week free, with no card, starting when you finish setup. It is offered once per account. When it ends, Fen pauses until you choose a plan; your client records are kept.

An account that never had the free week gets a 14-day free trial on its first plan instead. That trial becomes a paid subscription automatically when it ends, unless you cancel before then. You can cancel during it from the billing page and you will not be charged.

Fenlio is a recurring subscription to one plan, billed monthly or yearly through Stripe until cancelled. Plans are priced by the number of active clients they cover, from $49 per month (see the pricing page); leads, paused and ended clients are not counted. If you have more active clients than your plan covers, we ask you to change plans and nothing is interrupted. Subscriptions started on the earlier single plan of $49 per month continue on it. The price is shown before you pay, and we will tell you before it changes.

If you cancel, you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for, and it is not renewed after that. We do not refund the remainder of a period you cancel part-way through.

If a payment fails, access stops straight away, there is no grace period. Your data is not deleted, and access returns as soon as a payment succeeds. You can update your card, cancel, or read your invoices at any time from the billing page.

You can always export or delete your data from the account page, whether or not you are subscribed.

You can create API keys and webhook endpoints for your account. A key acts with the permissions you gave it, no matter who presents it, keep keys secret, and revoke any key you no longer trust from your account page. Data sent to a webhook URL you configure goes to whoever operates that URL; picking the destination is your decision and your responsibility.

You can invite others into your account and choose what each of them may do. Anyone you invite can see the client records you let them see, and, depending on the role you give them, add to them, have Fen work from them, and use the plan you are paying for. Choosing who to invite, and removing them when they should no longer have access, is yours to do. They do not need a plan of their own, and their use counts against yours.

Do not use Fenlio to store or generate unlawful material, to infringe someone else’s rights, to attack or overload the service, or to attempt to reach another user’s account. We may suspend an account that does.

Fenlio is provided “as is” and “as available”. We work to keep it running and correct, but we do not promise that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, that it will be free of faults, or that Fen’s judgements, what it keeps on a client’s record, what a reply says, what a program or target works out to, will be right. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties that are not written in this agreement, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Nothing in this agreement excludes or limits anything that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, and any rights you have as a consumer under the law where you live.

To the fullest extent the law allows, Fenlio is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, nor for lost profits, lost revenue, lost goodwill, or the cost of substitute services, arising out of or relating to your use of Fenlio, whether or not we were told such loss was possible.

Our total liability to you for all claims in any twelve-month period is limited to the amount you actually paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim , or, if you have paid us nothing, to $100.

Keep your own copies. Fenlio is not a backup service. You can export everything in your account at any time from the account page, and you should, because we do not promise to be able to recover content that is lost, corrupted, or deleted, including by you.

You can stop at any time by cancelling your subscription or deleting your account. We may end the agreement if these terms are broken, or on reasonable notice if we stop offering the service, in which case you will have the chance to export your data.

If we change these terms materially we will say so before the change takes effect. Continuing to use Fenlio afterwards means accepting them.

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA.
