Fenlio runs four jobs against your notes on a schedule you choose: filing, connecting, checking, and drafting. Here is what each one actually does.
Filing, with its reasoning shown
Upload Markdown, plain text, PDF, Word, Pages, RTF, CSV, JSON, or HTML — or import a public GitHub repository. A classifier reads each note and files it into your workspace’s folders, and writes down why. Disagree? Move it in one click; Fenlio records the correction.

Node shading tracks each note’s state — from newly added, through processing, to verified. Anything colored is asking for your attention.
A graph that shows work happening
Related notes are linked automatically from what they say — no manual bracket-linking. The graph updates live as agents file and verify, so opening it answers “what has my brain been doing?” at a glance. It’s a window, not another dashboard to manage.
Contradictions get flagged, not merged
Notes age. Prices change, offers get renamed, claims get revised — and the stale version hides until it resurfaces somewhere embarrassing. Fenlio compares notes as they arrive and flags pairs that disagree. Resolving is always your decision; nothing is merged or deleted automatically.
“Coaching offer 2026” lists the package at $1,800. “Outreach draft — Q3” says $1,500. One of these is out of date.

Drafts that cite your notes
Creator Studio covers eighteen deliverables — scripts, cold email, LinkedIn posts, newsletters, case studies, landing pages, and more. Each opens with a draft already written from your verified notes, alongside the brief it was written against. Every draft lists its sources, and when there isn’t enough context to draft honestly, Studio says so instead of inventing.
