- What counts as an active client?
- A client whose status is Active. Leads, paused and ended clients are free, so you only pay for the roster you are coaching right now.
- What happens if I go over my plan?
- Nothing stops. Fen keeps working for every client, and your billing page asks you to move up a plan. Coaching never breaks mid-month.
- Do I pay before I see it work?
- No. You get a week free from the moment you finish setup, with no card. Then pick the plan that fits your roster.
- How does yearly billing work?
- Pay for 10 months and get 12. Switch between plans, or between monthly and yearly, from your billing page.
- How do gyms pay?
- The Gym plan is per location: up to 300 active clients and 3 coaches each, with one workspace per location, your coaches as seats in it, and a shared method. Extra coaches are $79 a month each.
- How do my clients pay me?
- Set up payments once, inside Fenlio, and put your packages on sale. Clients buy from your page or pay from their own page. Clients pay you through your own Stripe. Fenlio keeps 2.9% of each sale; Stripe's own fees are separate.
- What happens if I stop paying?
- Fen pauses. Your client records stay intact, your export still works, and you can delete everything anytime.
