Notes should work for you,
not become another chore.

Fenlio started with a simple observation: people who make things — creators, coaches, small businesses — capture notes constantly, and every existing tool turns those notes into a filing job. We built the opposite: a system that does the filing, the linking, and the checking itself, and hands you the results.

Three rules we build by

These aren’t marketing lines — they’re the constraints the codebase is actually written against.

Infrastructure, not a knowledge base

A knowledge base waits for you to search it. Infrastructure runs on its own and delivers. We measure every feature by how many decisions it removes from your day — not by how much it lets you inspect.

Presets, not generated chaos

Your folder structure and agent roster come from a fixed set we built and tested — selected by your answers, never improvised by a model. A blank slate is friction; an invented architecture is risk. You get neither.

Flag, never auto-merge

When notes disagree, Fenlio flags the pair and waits. Merging or deleting on a model’s judgment is how data gets quietly corrupted — so human judgment stays in the loop, every time.

Designed to stay out of the way

Fenlio is monochrome on purpose. The one place you’ll see color in the product is the one place something needs your decision — so anything colored is, by construction, worth your attention. Everything else stays quiet, because the product’s job is to need less of yours.
