Train them. Fen does the rest.
Prep notes before each session, the recap and the follow-up after it.
What is Fenlio for personal trainers?
Fenlio for personal trainers is software run by Fen, an agent that prepares the work around each session. Today's sessions come from the calendar you already use, each with a prep note: injuries on file, low readiness, what changed. After the session Fen writes the recap and follow-up. Every client's record keeps their goals, injuries and numbers in their own words, and at default settings nothing is sent until you approve it.
Your day, in order.
What needs you first, with the reply ready to read, and today's sessions with a short prep note.

Frequently asked
- Is Fenlio a booking app?
- No. Keep the calendar or booking page you use. Fenlio reads today's sessions from it and prepares each one.
- Does it work for in-person and online clients?
- Yes. In-person and hybrid clients get session prep and recaps; online clients get check-in replies. Both live on the same client record.
- Is each client's information kept separate?
- Yes. Every client's record is walled off from every other client's at the database level.
Templates to start from
