Each location's members and classes are kept apart from every other location at the database level.
Door check-in on a tablet.
Members check themselves in on a tablet at the door, by name or with the pass on their phone, or the desk checks them in with one tap.
Fen asks before it books.
Fen can book members into classes, move them between heats and cancel. At default settings it asks you first, every time.
Members take their own spot, if you let them.
Turn it on and a coach can give a member a personal link to take a spot, join the waitlist or cancel, under your class rules. It is off until you turn it on.
A coach leaves, the records stay.
Their access ends at once. The client records belong to your gym.
Coaches decide what goes out.
At default settings nothing reaches a client until it is approved. An injury or medical note holds every message to that client.

- Do coaches share members?
- Coaches in the same location work with that location's members and classes. Each location is kept apart at the database level, and a coach reaches only the locations they are invited to. You and your admins can open any of them.
- What happens when a coach leaves?
- Remove them and their access to every member ends at once. The members and their records belong to your gym, ready for the next coach.
- Does it replace our gym management software?
- Yes. Memberships, door arrival kiosks, class schedules, member broadcasts and coach messaging live in Fenlio together. Fen keeps up with every member between sessions, prepares recovery messages for past-due accounts and writes each coach's replies.
