Every check-in, answered.
Fen reads each check-in and has your reply ready, in your voice.
What is Fenlio for online coaches?
Fenlio for online coaches is coaching software run by Fen, an agent that reads every weekly check-in, writes the reply from that client's whole record in your voice, and ranks who needs you first. Program and macro changes arrive as a before and after you approve with one tap. Quiet clients are caught with the nudge already written. Nothing reaches a client until you approve it.
The reply, beside the record.
The client's check-in, the reply Fen wrote from their own numbers, and their weight, adherence and sleep beside it. At default settings, nothing is sent until you approve it.

What Fen does
- Check-ins, answered
- Every check-in read, the reply written from the client's record and their own words.
- Morning Sync
- A short queue of who needs you first, each with the action ready.
- Quiet clients caught
- Slower logging, shorter messages and missed check-ins raise a flag with the nudge written.
- Leads straight in
- A hosted intake form creates the lead and writes an intake summary.
Coming soon: Wearable sync (Oura, Garmin, Apple Health).
Frequently asked
- How many clients can I coach with Fenlio?
- Fenlio is built for coaches running 100 or more clients without quality dropping. Your plan is priced by active clients, and leads, paused and ended clients are free.
- Does Fenlio replace my check-in form?
- Keep the form or app your clients already use. When a check-in reaches Fenlio, Fen reads it and writes the reply from that client's record for you to approve.
- Will replies sound like me?
- Replies follow your rules and your voice examples, and you can edit any line before you approve it.
