What is Fenlio for strength coaches?
Fenlio for strength coaches is programming software with an agent. You set the intent: goal, sessions a week, weekly sets and the movements to favour. Fen builds the block from your own exercise library and progression rules, with every number computed in code. As RPE, notes and reported recovery come in, Fen prepares auto-regulated changes, swaps and volume scaling as a before and after you approve with one tap.
A change, before and after.
Say the change in your own words. Each line shows before and after, nothing moves until you approve, and Undo puts it back.

What Fen does
- Built from your library
- Only your exercises, your rep schemes, your progression rules.
- Auto-regulation
- An RPE overshoot or knee pain becomes a proposed swap or lighter session.
- Readiness index
- Low reported readiness queues a scaled-back session for your OK.
- One tap to undo
- Every change is a before and after. Undo is always there.
Coming soon: Wearable sync (Oura, Garmin, Apple Health); Form video review with bar path, depth and tempo cues.
Frequently asked
- Does Fenlio invent exercises or loads?
- No. Programs come only from your own exercise library, and loads are prescribed as RPE or your own percentages. A client's weights arrive through their logs.
- What is auto-regulation in Fenlio?
- Fen reads RPE, training notes and reported recovery and proposes changes to upcoming sessions: an equivalent swap from your substitutions, or less volume. Nothing changes until you approve.
- Can I paste my existing programs?
- Yes. Paste or upload a workout as text or PDF and it becomes a template in your library, which you confirm before it is saved.
Templates to start from
- Check-in replyHow to reply to a client's weekly check-in: one specific win, what the week shows, one change with its reason, and one ask. With an outline to copy.
- Progress reportWhere a coaching client stands: status in one line, what they did, what is in the way, and what comes next. Under 250 words, with only their numbers.
- Session recapA session recap for coaches: what you covered in the client's words, what they do next, and what is still open. Under 200 words, sent the same day.
