Macros from your rules.
Targets computed in code. Replies written from each client's record.
What is Fenlio for nutrition coaches?
Fenlio for nutrition coaches is coaching software run by Fen, an agent that writes check-in replies from each client's record and proposes macro changes computed in code from your own rules, never guessed. Your meal templates, pasted as text or uploaded as PDF, become structured records you confirm. Allergies and medical notes are kept in the client's own words and hold every message to that client until you review it.
Targets from your rules.
Daily targets computed from your nutrition rules and the client's numbers, and a meal plan fitted to them from real foods.

Frequently asked
- Does Fenlio write meal plans on its own?
- Not at default settings. Meal plans and macro changes wait for your approval unless you turn on full autonomy, and targets are always computed from your own rules.
- Can I use my own meal templates?
- Yes. Paste them as text or upload a PDF, check the parsed version, and they are saved to your library.
- Does it work for coaches who also program training?
- Yes. Training programs and nutrition sit on the same client record, and the same agent prepares both.
Templates to start from
- Check-in replyHow to reply to a client's weekly check-in: one specific win, what the week shows, one change with its reason, and one ask. With an outline to copy.
- Client intake summaryA one-page summary of a new client's intake: goals in their words, the health screen as recorded, starting point, life around training, and what to ask next.
- Progress reportWhere a coaching client stands: status in one line, what they did, what is in the way, and what comes next. Under 250 words, with only their numbers.
