Outlook and Fenlio
Your Outlook calendar tells Fenlio which consults and sessions are coming up and with whom, so Today can line up each one with that client's notes.

How to connect Outlook
- 1
In Fenlio, open Settings, then Connections, and press Connect on Outlook.
- 2
Approve access in Outlook. Sessions and consults feed your morning brief.
- 3
Disconnect at any time from the same place.
What your your sessions and consults turn into
- Pre-consult questionnaireA one-page note to send a lead before a consult: what you heard in their words, where they are likely stuck, the questions you will ask, and a first step.
- Session recapA session recap for coaches: what you covered in the client's words, what they do next, and what is still open. Under 200 words, sent the same day.
- Client intake summaryA one-page summary of a new client's intake: goals in their words, the health screen as recorded, starting point, life around training, and what to ask next.
Frequently asked
- How does Outlook connect to Fenlio?
- With one press in Settings, then Connections. Sessions and consults feed your morning brief.
- Does Fenlio send anything through Outlook?
- No. Fenlio reads what comes in, and everything Fen writes waits for your approval.
- Are my clients' notes kept apart?
- Yes. Each client has a record and a folder of their own, walled off at the database level, so a reply for one client never reads another client's notes.
Coach 60 like you coach 6.
Fen writes every reply from that client’s own record and waits for your press.
