  • Write to us

Email support@fenlio.io from the address you sign in with, so we can find your account. Tell us what you pressed and what you saw. Never send your password: we will never ask for it.

  • Signing in on the phone app

Press Sign in and the app opens Fenlio's sign-in in your browser. Continue with Apple or Google, or use your email and password, and the app opens again, signed in. The app never sees your password. To sign out of a phone, open Settings in the app and press Log out.

  • If you are a coach's client

Your coach runs your program, so message them about anything in it. Your page and the phone app open from the link your coach sent you, with no account to make and no password to remember.

  • Your plan and billing

Plans are chosen and paid for on the web, never in the phone app. Sign in on the web and open Settings, then Plan and billing, to change your plan, update your card or see your invoices. If you joined someone else's team, their plan covers you.

    Open Plan and billing

  • Deleting your account

In the phone app, open Settings, then Delete account; on the web, open Settings, then Delete account. Type delete to confirm. It cancels your subscription first, then permanently removes your account and, if you own a workspace, your clients and their notes, and everything Fen wrote. We cannot restore it, so download a copy under Export your data first. A team you joined stays with its owner. If you pay for a gym, you also type the gym's name: deleting your account closes the gym, cancels its subscription, and deletes its locations, classes and bookings. The coaches and admins in it keep their own logins but lose the gym. A coach's client has no account to delete: ask your coach to remove your records, or write to us.
