Client transformation post template

A transformation post tells one client's before and after.

What goes in it

It names the client and the result in a headline, then where they were stuck, what they did concretely, the outcome with only the figures they reported, and the lesson another client can take from it. Keep it under 250 words, and never post a client's photos, name or results without their written consent.

When to send it

When to send it

  • When a client hits a goal and agrees to share it.
  • At the end of a block with a clear before and after.
  • When a client's own words about their progress beat any caption you could write.

Common mistakes

  • Posting before the client agreed in writing.
  • Rounding a result up, or adding a figure they never reported.
  • Making it about your program instead of their story.

Let Fen write it

  1. 1

    Bring the client's record

Their intake, check-ins and messages, pasted, dropped or imported into that client's record.

  2. 2

It can't make up a number

Every weight, date and figure Fen writes is checked against the client's own words, and a load or macro target is computed from your rules. One with no source is flagged, never guessed.

  3. 3

    You decide what goes out

At default settings nothing reaches a client until you press. Email replies go out from your own Gmail when you press Approve and send.

Questions

Do I need my client's permission?
Yes. Get written consent before posting any photo, name or result. Fenlio writes the post; you collect the consent.
Where do the figures come from?
Only from the client's own record. Every figure is checked against what the client reported, and one with no source is flagged.
