Gmail and Fenlio
Email replies to your clients go out from your own Gmail account, and only when you press Approve and send.

How to connect Gmail
- 1
In Fenlio, open Settings, then Connections, and press Connect on Gmail.
- 2
Approve access in Gmail. Approved emails land in your Gmail, unsent. Nothing is sent.
- 3
Disconnect at any time from the same place.
What your approved emails turn into
- Check-in replyHow to reply to a client's weekly check-in: one specific win, what the week shows, one change with its reason, and one ask. With an outline to copy.
- Missed check-in messageWhat to send when a client misses a check-in: their name and one detail, no pressure, one question about them, and one tiny step back. Under 60 words.
- Session recapA session recap for coaches: what you covered in the client's words, what they do next, and what is still open. Under 200 words, sent the same day.
- Lead follow-upThree follow-ups for a lead who went quiet after a consult or an enquiry: something useful, a new angle, then a clean close. Each under 80 words.
Frequently asked
- How does Gmail connect to Fenlio?
- With one press in Settings, then Connections. Approved emails land in your Gmail, unsent. Nothing is sent.
- Does Fenlio send anything through Gmail?
- Only when you press Approve and send: the reply goes out from your own Gmail account. Approving without sending leaves it in Gmail, unsent.
- Are my clients' notes kept apart?
- Yes. Each client has a record and a folder of their own, walled off at the database level, so a reply for one client never reads another client's notes.
Coach 60 like you coach 6.
Fen writes every reply from that client’s own record and waits for your press.
