Messenger and Fenlio
Clients keep messaging your Facebook Page. Each message lands on that client's record, Fen has the reply ready, and it goes out inside Meta's 24-hour window when you press Approve and send or by a rule you set.

How to connect Messenger
- 1
In Fenlio, open Messages, then Settings, and press Connect on Messenger. Meta opens a window where you log in and choose your Page.
- 2
Your clients keep messaging you on Messenger as they do today. Each message lands on that client's record, and a first message from a number or account you have not matched waits for you to say whose it is.
- 3
Fen has the reply ready. It goes out when you press Approve and send, or by a rule you set per message type, above a safety floor nothing lowers.
What your your clients' Messenger messages turn into
- Check-in replyHow to reply to a client's weekly check-in: one specific win, what the week shows, one change with its reason, and one ask. With an outline to copy.
- Missed check-in messageWhat to send when a client misses a check-in: their name and one detail, no pressure, one question about them, and one tiny step back. Under 60 words.
- Lead follow-upThree follow-ups for a lead who went quiet after a consult or an enquiry: something useful, a new angle, then a clean close. Each under 80 words.
Frequently asked
- How does Messenger connect to Fenlio?
- In Fenlio, open Messages, then Settings, and press Connect on Messenger. Meta opens a window where you log in and choose your Page. Clients message your Facebook Page as they do today. Each message lands on that client's record, and the reply goes inside Meta's 24-hour window, on your press until you choose otherwise.
- Does Fenlio send anything through Messenger?
- Only a reply you approved, or one released by a rule you set for that message type. A first message to a client, an edited reply and anything touching an injury, allergy or medical note always wait for your press, and nothing goes outside Meta's 24-hour window.
- Are my clients' notes kept apart?
- Yes. Each client has a record and a folder of their own, walled off at the database level, so a reply for one client never reads another client's notes.
Coach 60 like you coach 6.
Fen writes every reply from that client’s own record and waits for your press.
