How to connect WhatsApp

In Fenlio, open Messages, then Settings, and press Connect on WhatsApp. Meta opens a window where you log in and pick your business and a number already set up for WhatsApp Business messaging.

- Does Fenlio send anything through WhatsApp?

- Are my clients' notes kept apart?
- Yes. Each client has a record and a folder of their own, walled off at the database level, so a reply for one client never reads another client's notes.
